Rachel Schinosi introduced permanent cosmetics to Pittsburgh in 1999 after certification in Los Angeles. With over 50,000 procedures, she is a leading global expert. Before founding Cosmetic Solutions, she worked with top plastic surgeons, mastering techniques for brows, lips, eyes, scars, and areolas. Renowned for her natural results, Rachel also trains others in advanced techniques, including her trademarked Brow Brilliance® digital microblading. Rachel offers both corrective and permanent makeup removal procedures. She attends PMU conferences nationwide to continuously expand her knowledge. Committed to quality and a welcoming atmosphere, she combines extensive experience with a passion for helping others.

Heather, a 2002 Washington and Jefferson College graduate with a degree in sociology and psychology, also holds an aesthetics certification from South Hills Beauty Academy. With 12 years of experience and over 15,000 permanent makeup procedures performed, she specializes in all aspects of permanent makeup, including her sister Rachel’s Brow Brilliance technique for natural-looking brows. Heather attends PMU conferences nationwide to continuously expand her knowledge in permanent makeup. She emphasizes enhancing natural beauty with soft, natural makeup and educates clients on achieving this look.

Tammy, a dedicated member of Cosmetic Solutions for over 8 years, brings more than 25 years of experience in the beauty industry. As a passionate permanent makeup artist, she finds joy in enhancing her clients’ natural beauty through permanent makeup, with a particular passion for brows and lips, where she can express her artistry most vividly. Tammy attends PMU conferences nationwide to continuously expand her knowledge in permanent makeup. Her extensive experience and dedication make her a standout professional, committed to delivering personalized and beautiful results for each client.

As a licensed cosmetologist, certified laser technician, and permanent brow artist, Alana’s mission is to boost your confidence and enhance your natural beauty. Alana has been doing permanent brows for over 4 years. She was personally trained by Rachel in the Brow Brilliance®️ technique. Alana tailors her approach to suit your unique needs. Whether you seek subtle enhancements or a bolder brow, she’s dedicated to providing permanent makeup that perfectly fits you.

Lori Sleva is a licensed esthetician and makeup artist with over 20 years of expertise in medical esthetics. She specializes in non-invasive treatments that address aging, acne, scarring, and overall skin health. In addition to her skin treatments, Lori offers comprehensive brow and lash services, including lash lifts, tinting, brow shaping, and lamination. Known for creating a welcoming and soothing environment, Lori ensures that every client feels relaxed and cared for during their appointments.
Permanent Makeup Artist | Microblading Specialist | Special Event Makeup Artist
Gabby, the newest team member at Cosmetic Solutions, and daughter of founder Rachel Schinosi, has always been passionate about beauty and makeup. Gabby is a Toni and Guy Esthetics graduate who also earned her microblading certification from Microblading LA in Los Angeles, CA, learning both manual and powder techniques. She then apprenticed under Rachel, mastering Brow Brilliance®️ digital microblading techniques. Gabby is also certified in NUE conceal scar camouflage and inkless scar procedures. With Rachel’s ongoing mentorship, along with attending PMU conferences, Gabby continues to expand her expertise in the permanent cosmetics field.
Office Manager
Renee is a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Business Management. She began working with Cosmetic Solutions in August of 2011. Renee focuses on the clients of Cosmetic Solutions to ensure they are given the best experience from the first phone call through each visit.
